Chilcompton were granted permission to re-develop their existing recreation ground which was to incorporate two adult grass pitches, two junior grass pitches, two mini soccer pitches, as well as three netball/tennis/basketball courts and a skateboard park complete with full floodlighting. It also includes changing facilities comprising of four unisex changing rooms, two officials changing rooms, male spectator W/C, female spectator W/C and a kitchen and meeting room.

Ian Hobbs Technical Services Ltd carried out the complete mechanical and electrical installation which comprised of installation of flood-lighting for the courts including external power enclosures. Complete installation of all hot-water, showers, kitchen plumbing, toilets, heating and mechanical controls. Full electrical installation complete with full NIC EIC Certification and Thermal imaging.
