Full M&E Package

Our client engaged our services for the full M&E Design; Supply & Installation to convert a retail shop into two 2 bedroom luxury apartments.

Electrical

Ian Hobbs Technical Services undertook the the disconnection of the previous shop electricity supply by controlling Western Power in organising new overhead power lines to each apartment. We carried out full electrical installation in:

Lighting
Power
Heating controls
Fire Alarm
TV/Sky, Broadband, Data Cabling and outlets
External Electrical Car Charging Points in the off-road car parking spaces

Mechanical

Renew Mains Water from the Road Connection in conjunction with Bristol Water and Highways Authority Incorporating Landlords Water Meters
Organise and manage British Gas with the 2 new connections from application on behalf of the client, to overseeing the Road connection & main risers to each apartment
Gas fired combi boilers with Radiators, Towel Radiators and all Bathroom sanitary.
The installation of Gas Hobs, Ovens and the full Kitchen fit out on each Apartment
Heat Recovery Ventilation throughout both apartments

The Apartments now have a full facilities maintenance contract in place with iH Technical Services, incorporating Landlord Gas Safe and Electrical certification.
