Ian Hobbs Technical Services Ltd has finally moved! Don’t worry, we haven’t moved far – we’ve built 6 shiny new units on Charlton Business Park, situated on Westfield Industrial Estate, and we now occupy 3 of them.
Our new address is: Unit 8, Charlton Business Park, Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton, BA3 4BE
We’ve got a lot more space in the new office, with a new glass meeting room on the ground floor and a larger, open office upstairs. Not to mention the new workshop with plenty of storage! It provides more space for us to take on extra staff as we continue to grow.

The Beginning

Spec: To design and build a new, purpose built, energy efficient, bespoke office and workshop facility.
We’ve carried out the complete M&E Installation ourselves. We had a fixed budget and time scale to work with and achieved both… actually we even came in under budget!! From concept to completion, the team at Ian Hobbs Technical Services organised and project managed every aspect of the build and internal fit out. This included:
